Sites I Created With Build A Niche Store (BANS)

If you've visited my Squidoo Lense on Build A Niche Store, you know that I use and love the Build A Niche Store system. It is SO easy to use and takes just minutes to crank out profit pulling niche sites to earn commissions through the Ebay Affiliate Program.

Up until now, that's pretty much all I've done with them, build targeted niche stores to refer sales through the Ebay Affiliate Program. I've realized after creating the following niche stores this weekend that the Build A Niche Store system is much more versatile than I had realized.

(BANS), Build A Niche Store comes with pre-made templates for the following categories so all you do is enter the Ebay category ID and it will auto populate the products via a live feed. To show you all of the templates included in an actual ebay affiliate store created by Build A Niche Store I took a couple hours and created the following niche sites for you to review.

Automobiles
Antiques
Art
Babies
Books
Business
Cameras
Cell Phones & PDA

Computers & Networking
Consumer Electronics

DVDs & Movies

Now, I'll get to the versatility part. As I mentioned earlier, up until now I've only been focusing on making money with the Ebay Affiliate Program and Google Adsense ads using the Build A Niche Store system.

What I did now was go to Commission Junction where they have thousands of merchants in their system which you can promote. Then while building these pages, I would go through and find related products or services to add into the pages as well, I also used Amazon ads in some cases.

There is so much potential here it's very exciting!!

As a matter of fact, what I realized this past weekend while working on those niche sites above is that you can even drill down to each niche targeted sub-category and specify different advertising there.

You see, the Build A Niche Store System has four advertising fields to fill in after you've set up your site if you want to use them, one for the top, bottom and both sides of the page. These show up on all pages and all sub-categories and is where I've been putting the code to add the Adsense ads which makes sense since the advertising is contextual and will automatically synch with the sub-category pages to show related ads.

What I didn't realize is that after setting the ebay affiliate storefront up that you could actually drill down in any categories sub-categories and specify different advertising there.

So... instead of placing a generic banner to gamefly.com or something similar for all video game pages, you can place xbox related ads on those sub-category pages, PS3 ads on those pages, you can advertise gaming accessories on the game accessories pages, etc..

That is POWERFUL!!

I also see now that these niche sites can be a lot more than just ebay affiliate stores, you can incorporate articles, rss feeds and other content to make them more like real, content loaded sites. If you are knowledgeable with html, you even completely modify the templates which I intend to so shortly. I'm also going to see if I can get it blended with Wordpress or Joomla. That would be fantastic. It looks like I should be able to using the "tags" that output the content. I'll post back here if I do and leave some instructions for everyone that wants to do the same.

If you haven't heard of Build A Niche Store, it's an incredible, simple
